Refund & Returns

My Yard Fence offers free cancelation on any standard product that has not been shipped from our facility. Custom products such as custom colors and gates will be subject to a 50% restock fee. 

Any order that has been shipped from our facility can be canceled/returned with in 30 days of receipt. The customer is required to pay the shipping back and the product must be received back in good condition. Once the items are received back in good condition the customer will be credited back the entire order amount less the cost of shipping on the original invoice. If a products are shipped back to us and are found to be damaged upon the return inspection. My Yard will determine the percentage that will be deducted from the refund amount.
